Yes! we travel outside the West Midlands. There would be a minimum spend of £500 in order for us to do so

Absolutely. All balloons are yours to keep after. We do ask that we take down the balloons if they are attached to any of our props such as LED numbers or sail boards. This is to ensure they are properly taken down without causing damage to our props. You can have the balloons transported to your home after the event for an extra fee.

Unfortunately not. All of our props are provided on a hire basis whereby they must be returned when we arrive to collect after your event.Anything other than balloons must be returned to us. Any missing items will need to be returned.

Our smaller arrangements require no set up time. Our larger installs can take anywhere from 1 hour plus. We will discuss the set up time with you an arrange a finishing time that ensures your decor is completed for when you need it.

Yes! all of our balloons are fully biodegradable. We only use professional grade balloons which guarantee the best quality. We encourage you to reuse your foil balloons where possible. These can easily be deflated and used for another event. How cool is that? we can provide you with more info on how to reuse your foil balloons if required.

Yes! We have public liability insurance. If you have booked with us and need a copy of our insurance  we will be more than happy to send this to you

If you care for your balloons correctly they can last weeks and even months.Here are a few aftercare tips.

Please keep your balloons away from extreme heat and cold 

Balloons are best kept in room temperature

Please don't keep your balloons in your car over night

When collecting please ensure you have enough space in your vehicle to avoid squashing balloons or damaging them.

Keep balloons away from sharp objects 

Please note that balloons outdoors are only likely to last for the day of your event. This is because balloons are more fragile outside when exposed to the elements. Please keep this in mind when requesting an outdoor installation.
